Will the event be inside or outside?
Both. The main event happenings will take place under a tent in the school parking lot with auction items displayed inside the gym and access to indoor restrooms. We will make all efforts to host the event outdoors but if severe weather occurs the entire event will be moved inside the gym.
What is the dress code?
Think "dinner at a nice restaurant". Under the Stars will be less formal than our signature Angel Gala event, but fancier than a church picnic style event.
What is included in the ticket price?
Attendees will enjoy a gourmet meal, served buffet style, compliments of Guarino's Restaurant. Each ticket also includes one drink voucher good for any beverage served at the bar. Tickets for additional soft drinks, beer and wine can be purchased at the event. For those that purchase a table (individually or via sponsorship), 2 bottles of wine for the table and s'mores for 8 are also included. S'mores kits will also be available for purchase at the event.
What can I expect to see and do at the event?
Because we are honoring our teachers and staff you will see and hear many tributes to them incorporated throughout (many of which are compliments of our St. Michael School students!) Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for many of our classroom baskets, bid on Live and Silent Auction items (including fan-favorites like Principal for a Day, 1st Car-line spot and more!), purchase side board tickets and participate in a teacher-sponsored wine pull! There will be music provided by a DJ and fire pits for roasting s'mores. We cannot wait to gather as a community, celebrate a successful in-person school year, and raise funds for St. Michael School!
